Defining the Scope

Gathering of initial information. Exploring and evaluating what the client wants, what their business needs, and what their objectives are.

Planning the Project

Planning and Development of the Product and/or Structuring the Service.

Process 02: Creation

Development and Testing

Development and construction of the product includes:

  (a) Layout, Interface and Database design.
  (b) Construct Function, Component and Module Classes.
  (c) Testing.
  (d) Content Delivery.

  
Production and Implementation

The production and implementation phase includes the merging of database content with the designed interface layout. Testing takes place to ensure the product performs at its highest level. Clients are involved in this process. All the final pieces are put into place prior to acceptance and launch.

Process 03: Revelation

Deliver

Hand over of product includes:

  (a) Handover meeting.
  (b) Discussion on the final product and/or service.


Maintenance and Updates

Once the product and/or service has been launched, the relationship with our Client may venture into the maintenance phase where updates, maintenance and/or remote administration is outsourced to Liquid Software Consulting.
