Deutsche Bank (UK) planned an OS upgrade for its Trading Floor and required a Remediation Specialist to redesign current inhouse applications. Each application was tested, re-written if needed, and deployed, BEFORE the migration took place. This mamoth task involved applications used by over 800 users. DB also requested the development of some new proprietry inhouse applications. The redesigned applications include: Quant libraries, Trading Models, Reporting Databases. These projects are in-house proprietry applications, for the explicit use of Deutsche Bank and include: Global Equity Derivatives Database, Prime Brokerage Client database. |
The Royal Bank of Canada Capital Markets (UK) required the services of a Senior Systems Analyst for their Global Equity Derivatives operation. The request was for tactical development of proprietary inhouse applications linking their front, middle and back-office operations. These applications were required to have a transparent data access layer as multiple databases were to be accessed on multiple database servers, on multiple platforms, on multiple continents. It also involved the generation of dynamic reports which automatically updated itself with streaming market data. The projects are in-house proprietary applications, for the explicit use of RBC Capital Markets and include: Global Equity Derivatives Capital Events Extractor, Management Statistics Generator, Global Technology Services Amemnds Extractor, Credit Derivatives Settlement Diary, Credit Derivatives Interactive Reporter. |
